Albania Onboarding
We have a number of local Albanian applications covering a large portion of the population, in various stages of agreement to be integrated using the Jingle Plug-in, creating live endpoints on our network for production of Albanian voice and SMS traffic on the network.
SEW Integration
The agreement between Minutes Network and SEW is set to provide voice traffic expansion by bringing more than 1 billion users to the network in its final state, leading to increased voice traffic on the network. Minutes Network is also providing in-app voice support functionality to SEW as part of the integration, saving costs for the company's call center operations.
BOSS REVOLUTION ONBOARDING
A telephony-based application with a user base exceeding 70 million in the United States is scheduled to integrate the Jingle Plug-in. This integration, planned for after the 2025 financial year, will enable voice traffic coverage across the U.S. market and increase traffic on the network.
Philippines Onboarding
We are actively collaborating with a range of local applications and carriers in the Philippines that collectively reach a significant share of the population. These initiatives are currently advancing through various stages of integration and rollout, setting the stage for the deployment of live endpoints that will enable the termination of international voice traffic into the Philippines via the Minutes Network.
Bangladesh Onboarding
Multiple local applications in Bangladesh, in different states of agreement are set to integrate the Jingle Plug-in, leading to coverage of the region and an increase in voice and SMS traffic on the network.
UK Gaming Company Jingle Onboarding
The joint venture with one of the UK’s largest gaming companies centers on the integration of the Jingle Plugin. This collaboration is designed to scale voice and SMS traffic across our network, forming a new model of partnership that builds on and extends current Jingle Plug-in implementations.
Kenya Onboarding
Several local applications in Kenya, representing a significant portion of the population, are in various stages of agreement to integrate the Jingle Plug-in. These integrations will establish live endpoints on our network, enabling the launch of production-level voice and SMS traffic within the Kenyan market.
Ray Games Plug-in Integration
A partnership with Ray Games, is set to increase the amount of voice and or SMS traffic on the network via the integration of Jingle Plug-in technologies.
Nigeria Expansion
Nigeria is set to expand utilisation of the Jingle Plug-in for both SMS and voice. This integration is set to increase the amount of SMS and voice traffic on the network. There are multiple partners including governmental bodies in Nigeria currently exploring the technologies and the opportunity for major integrations country wide.
Government Revenue Protection
Our next generation Revenue Protection antifraud suite will be deployed with the regulators office of Samoa, in a country wide test.
SMS Traffic Live
Existing interconnections are set to provide SMS traffic on our live network, with a margin being made on the SMS traffic. Once traffic has stabilised, we will move into further production increasing SMS traffic on the network.
Unity - Final Beta Phase
Unity final beta phase. Voice traffic to additional countries is set to be switched on in multiple countries in Africa.
Jingle Plug-in Advertisement Campaign
Advertisements relating to the Jingle Plug-in will be live in key markets under a B2B marketing campaign, to increase awareness and adoption of the new monetisation solution.
Telecommunications Round Table Event
Senior executives from our existing carrier interconnection partners will attend a live Minutes Network broadcast in Spain to discuss the utilisation and impact of the underlying technologies within the industry.
Jingle Plug-in Demo
The Jingle Plug-in will be delivered as a public facing demonstration application on the Google Play Store.
Jamaica Developers Expedition
We will be hosting a developer expedition in Jamaica, organized in collaboration with well-known local ambassadors. The initiative aims to engage the local developer community and drive integration of the Jingle Plug-in within the region.
MinTech Node Analytics Suite (MNAS)
The MNAS deep analytics engine enables a new API endpoint visible by authorised users to view detailed analytics and statistics in relation to each node.
Jingle Commercial Team Expansion
We are in the process of expanding the commercial team responsible for securing new integration partners, with on the ground presence in a number of key markets including Africa, South America, and the Caribbean.
MinTech Flexible Connect (MFC) - Central Asia Expansion
A country-level partnership in a major Asian market will position Minutes Network as one of the limited entry points for international traffic. This agreement is set to increase the volume of voice and SMS activity across the network.
Caller ID & Route Verification Toolkit
The release introduces a platform designed for automated call quality and performance testing, featuring capabilities such as CLI verification, false answer detection, and comprehensive alert monitoring. Aimed at the broader telecommunications industry, this solution is expected to drive increased traffic and revenue across the network.
Kosovo Jingle Onboarding
A number of local applications in Kosovo providing a combined large portion of the population will be integrated and will create live endpoints on our network for Kosovo voice traffic to go live.
Jingle Plug-in iOS Demo
iOS compatible version of Jingle demonstration will be released on the Apple Store for public download.
MinTech Revenue Turbine Internal Expansion (SMS)
The MRT (MinTech Revenue Turbine) SMS component will be moving into internal beta testing imminently, and is expected to increase revenue with a focus on existing SMS traffic on the network.
MinTech Revenue Turbine Industry Access (SMS)
The MRT (MinTech Revenue Turbine) SMS component will provide operators and carriers the unique ability to blend their SMS traffic using A.I. technologies to create one route from routes of multiple prices. Designed to reinvigorate operator and carrier revenue, this public facing utility is part of our value added services and set to increase the amount of SMS traffic handled by our network as traffic is onboarded and adoption of the platform expands.
MinTech Revenue Turbine Internal Expansion (Voice)
The voice component of the MinTech Revenue Turbine (MRT) will be integrated with existing interconnections and further deployed across our internal network. During its ongoing beta phase, it is expected to enhance and optimise current voice traffic and revenue performance, laying the groundwork for its upcoming public launch.
MinTech Revenue Turbine Industry Access (Voice)
The voice component of the MinTech Revenue Turbine (MRT) will be made available to the telecommunications industry, introducing a set of innovations not previously seen in the voice sector. Leveraging A.I., the platform enables intelligent blending of routes across varying price points. Carriers will benefit from revitalised revenue streams and gain enhanced control over route pricing, including the ability to predict and manage rates within the MRT platform.
Telecom Exchange Beta Testing
Internal testing of the Telecom Exchange is set to begin. The platform is designed to offer several of our existing interconnection partners a unified, A.I. assisted marketplace for wholesale voice and SMS route trading. It features automated billing settlement through the Minutes Network and introduces several industry-first innovations not currently available in the market.
Unity Node Public Roll Out
Unity has been tested under a private, limited beta test for more than a year. The public release of Unity is set to change the market in a positive way, and deliver increased amounts of voice and SMS traffic to our network in collaboration with World Mobile and our existing interconnections, with contribution from the public, in a decentralised manner.
Unity 3D Verified Solutions Program
Jingle Plug-in is in the process of joining Unity 3D’s verified solutions program. This program will enable games currently serving more than 2 billion users that utilise Unity 3D's technologies to optionally integrate the Jingle Plug-in to further drive monetisation on their platforms.
Network Explorer
A new, upgraded version of the Minutes Network Explorer (explorer.minutesnetwork.io), including new network activity and traffic metrics, statistical data on onboarded users, and deeper insights into DePIN fee settlement.
General Update - MinutesNetwork.io
General update of the Minutes Network website, set to include a showcase of available products and an automated carrier portal signup process, including automation of the interconnection and settlement process utilising the blockchain.

Telecom Exchange Industry Access
The Telecom Exchange will offer wholesalers and carriers - including our existing interconnections - a consolidated, all-in-one marketplace for buying and selling voice and SMS routes. It delivers unified functionality that currently requires the use of multiple third-party platforms. The Exchange will support instant billing settlement and introduce an A.I. driven alternative to traditional NOC control, enhancing operational efficiency and increasing both revenue and terminated traffic on Minutes Network. Additionally, data trading capabilities will be included as part of the platform’s public rollout.
MinTech Cloud Switch Launch (MCS)
The MinTech Cloud Switch will offer our existing interconnections and the public facing industry of telecommunications the ability to utilise our core switching technologies. Automated health reporting, protection against downtime with automatic failover, and antifraud solutions will also be available amongst multiple other unique switching innovations.
Minutes Network User Application
The Minutes Network User Application enables users to claim rewards earned through the network. Users accumulate rewards by making and receiving calls, which can then be easily accessed and claimed within the application. In addition to reward management, the application includes the ability to make secure calls via the node network and supports incoming calls through the Jingle Plug-in. An affiliate program is also available, allowing users to earn additional rewards by inviting friends.
AFRICA, CARIBBEAN & ASIA
Jingle Plug-in is being deployed at scale across more than 10 African countries and 5+ Caribbean nations including Jamaica, Dominican Republic, and Trinidad, as well as targeted regions in Eastern Europe and Asia. This expansion will deliver scale traffic on Minutes Network, with rates exceeding $0.20/min in key markets.
